Wilkes New Fashioned • 11
Smooth and complex. Made with Larceny bourbon blended with honey and cardamom bitters. Constructed in a rose-smoked high ball glass and garnished with fresh lemon peel and house-made cherries.
Mezcal Old Fashioned • 15
Smoky Los Siete Misterios Mezcal stirred with Aztec chili chocolate bitters and simple syrup. Constructed in a smoked Palo Santo lowball glass. Garnished with lime peel and luxardo cherry.
Blooming Mule • 10
Tito’s Vodka shaken with fresh lime, bright lavender, and hibiscus simple syrup. Topped with Q ginger beer. Garnished with a sugar hibiscus lime wheel and candied ginger.

Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal and black raspberry Chambord fused with fresh lime, lemon, simple syrup, and egg white. Constructed in a tall, angled coupe glass and garnished with lime zest and a poblano sugar rim.

Call Family Distillers Reverend’s Coffee Liqueur with zesty fresh lemon, simple syrup, and egg white. Constructed in a coupe glass and garnished with lemon zest.

Tropical blend of Myers’s rum, pineapple juice, brown sugar, and Q ginger beer. Constructed in a highball glass and garnished with caramelized dried pineapple and nutmeg.

Smoking Citrus • 7
Lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and soda water. Constructed in a highball glass inside a smoking bell with a smoked salt and poblano pepper powder slice of lime.
Ginger Spice • 7
Cape spiced zero proof spirit blended with allspice, cassia bark, honeybush, cardamom, coriander,
clove, and orange peel. Shaken with bitters, brown sugar simple syrup, and ginger beer. Constructed in a lowball garnished with candied ginger.
Grannie’s Garden • 7
Cape Floral zero proof spirits blended with juniper, roses geranium, angelica root, coriander, and lemon. Shaken with fresh lemon, lavender, and rose simple syrup. Topped with soda water. Constructed in a lowball glass. Garnished with lavender and lemon peel.
Bitter Neighbor • 7
Lemon bittersweet zero proof spirit. Blended with lemon and simple syrup. Constructed in a martini glass. Garnished with lemon peel.
No Fashioned • 7
Epilogue zero proofspirit. Blended with smoked malt, chocolate malt, oak, honeybush, vanilla, cassia, helichrysum, petiolare, and clove. Stirred with chocolate cherry bitters and brown sugar syrup. Constructed in a lowball glass.Garnished with an orange peel.
